Welcome to Nellai Halwa Kadai. We operate as a retailer of Tirunelveli halwa and arrange delivery to customers across India. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Role
- We are a retailer: we sell halwa products sourced from reputed manufacturers in Tirunelveli.
- We arrange delivery of your order through courier partners to the address you provide.
- We are not the manufacturer of the halwa; product quality and ingredients are the manufacturer's responsibility. We are responsible for retail, packaging, and delivery as stated in our Disclaimer.
2. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you offer to buy the listed products at the stated prices.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders (e.g. out-of-stock, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud).
- Payment is due as per the method chosen (e.g. UPI) at or after order placement. Orders may be processed only after we confirm payment.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable charges as shown at checkout (e.g. shipping). We do not charge tax separately unless stated.
3. Delivery
- We arrange delivery to the shipping address you provide. You are responsible for providing correct and complete address and contact details.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or other factors. We will share tracking information when available.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the courier. We are responsible for proper packaging and handover; issues in transit (e.g. damage) should be reported to us promptly for resolution.
- If a delivery fails due to your unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery or refund will be as per our policy and may involve extra cost.
4. Returns, Refunds & Complaints
- Food products may be subject to limited returns due to hygiene. We will consider refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items, or delivery-related issues, when reported in time and with supporting details (e.g. photos).
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable period.
- For any complaint (product, delivery, or service), please contact us with your order details. We will try to resolve issues in good faith.
5. Account and Use of Website
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not misuse the website or use it for any illegal purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our responsibilities as retailer and delivery arranger are as set out in our Disclaimer.
